BARANG KEMAS




Sate Ayam Pak uda

Bahan-bahan ( 2-3 org makan )

400gm daging ayam tanpa tulang-dipotong kecil2
1/2 sudu teh garam
40gm gula
lidi sate (direndam dgn air)
3 sudu besar minyak


Bahan dikisar:-
@4 ulas bawang merah
@2 cm kunyit hidup
@2 biji buah keras
@1 cm lengkuas
@1/2 sudu besar ketumbar-disangrai
@1/2 sudu teh jintan manis-disangrai
@1/2 sudu teh jintan putih-disangrai
@2 sudu besar air asam jawa sederhana pekat
@4 sudu besar santan (jun guna susu cair sbb santan x d, hehe)
@1 batang serai
* 1 btg serai dititik-buat merenjis sate



Cara-cara
Perap ayam dengan bahan kisar, garam dan gula selama 3 jam. (perap 1 semalaman).
Cucuk ayam pada lidi sate.
lebihan bahan perap tadi dicampur dgn 3 sudu minyak tadi dan renjis gunakan serai yg ditik semasa membakar sate.
